Gurantees

All our products come with a three-year legal warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from the product's non-compliance with the agreed terms.

To process the warranty, you can contact us via email at support@blendendlights.com.

If the product has factory or operational issues, after the corresponding verification, we will proceed with one of the following options:

- Replace the defective product with a new one.
- Repair the product.
- Refund the paid amount.

Important Note:

If the product shows operational issues due to misuse by the customer, after technical inspection, Prendeluz will not be responsible for refunds, replacements, or repairs.

Shippings

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and may vary depending on promotions, offers, or package density. However, we offer free shipping for orders over €19.95.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Iberian Peninsula: €4.95
Balearic Islands: €8.95
Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands: We do not deliver to these regions.

Packages will be shipped within 24/48 hours after payment confirmation using GLS or Correos Express. Deliveries will be made on working days before 6:00 PM. It is important to provide a phone number in your order so the carrier can contact you if no one is available at the delivery address.

Order tracking will be available in your client area on our website under the "My Orders" section. We can also provide a tracking number if you request it by email with the reference number to support@blendendlights.com.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, insurance against breakage or loss during transport.

Note: If an order that has already been shipped is canceled, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. For your first order, this period extends to 30 calendar days after purchase.

Once contact is made, the product must be returned to the following address:

The product must be returned:

- Unused.
- With its complete contents.
- In its original, intact packaging.

Important:

- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Initial shipping costs will be refunded to the customer if the entire order is returned, but not for partial returns.

Once the product is received and its condition verified, the total amount of the product and initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Return of Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, you must initiate the return process from our website or contact us.

The defective product must be sent to the following address:

Once received and its condition verified, if found defective, we will:

- Refund the full amount (including return shipping costs, if incurred by the customer).
- Or, if preferred, replace the defective product with a new one.
